Position: Detailed Production Designer Opportunity
Join a collaborative Visual Design team in Ottawa as a Production Designer, working in a hybrid model to enhance healthcare reporting. This 6-month contract offers the chance to create accessible information products that will shape decision-making nationwide.
Our client seeks a skilled Production Designer to support high-quality document creation in the public health sector. You will partner with various stakeholders to transform complex data into engaging visuals while ensuring standards for accessibility and design are met. This role emphasizes precision, feedback integration, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing reports, charts, and tables

• Format outputs using established style guides

• Manage feedback incorporation to enhance documents

• Quality check designs created by peers and partners

• Collaborate with senior team members on visual projects
Requirements:

• 2+ years in production design or similar fields

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles

• Understanding of data visualization strategies

• Familiarity with WCAG and AODA accessibility standards
