Position: Producer Role with CFMWS
Join CFMWS as a Producer to craft compelling stories for the Canadian Armed Forces community. This hybrid position requires you to manage audiovisual productions that highlight important support programs.

In this creative role, you will travel across Canada and occasionally internationally to gather genuine interviews and moments. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of productions, from initial planning to the final edits. Your ability to blend creativity with practical execution will allow you to effectively showcase the meaningful work done by CFMWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and evaluate audiovisual programs

• Shape narratives for various production projects

• Conduct video shoots and lighting setup

• Edit footage and collaborate with post-production teams

• Provide essential support for program evaluations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Cinematography or equivalent

• Experience in Video Production and Project Planning

• Insight into budget administration and program design

• Proficient in multimedia editing software

• Excellent customer service skills
