You will be responsible for hiring, training casual photographers, and overseeing territory payroll and job assignments. Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and train casual photographers effectively
• Oversee territory payroll and job assignments
• Be the main communication point for territory issues
• Implement quality assurance measures for customer service
• Prepare territory necessities for new hires
Requirements:
• 2 years' experience with Edge Photography
• Photography degree is preferred
• Excellent organization and customer service skills
• Reliable vehicle for photographic equipment transport
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
