As a Photography Team Leader, your primary responsibilities involve supervising casual photographers and collaborating with the territory manager to enhance operations. You will manage payroll and program execution, ensuring all tasks align with Edge Imaging's standards. Effective conflict resolution and attention to detail will be key components of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hiring and mentorship of casual photographers
• Administer payroll processes and approve timesheets
• Communicate territory updates with team members
• Maintain order accuracy and timely job completion
• Uphold Edge Imaging's high customer service standards
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Photography preferred
• Minimum of 2 years as an Edge photographer
• Robust skills in organization and customer service
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Completion of Vulnerable Sector Check required
