As a Pastry Chef Tournant, you will assist the Pastry Chef in overseeing the pastry kitchen's operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise production to achieve high-quality pastries

• Prepare timely requisitions while coordinating with the Chef
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of pastry experience in upscale settings
• Skills in baking and decorating with strong time management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of current trends and passion for cuisine
• Bilingual (English & French) is an advantage
