Responsibilities range from planning client receptions to executing thought-leadership seminars. You’ll work with various teams and utilize modern tools like Web Ex and Dynamics 365 to bring events to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute planning and logistics for national-level events

• Coordinate with vendors for catering and AV needs

• Collaborate with marketing and IT for event success

• Handle budgets, invoicing, and post-event analysis

• Adapt to occasional evening or weekend event support
Requirements:

• Experience in managing high-quality events
