As you report to the Producer for SAR, your primary focus will be on enriching Canadian cultural conversations through captivating content and guest contributions. You will research and pitch unique story ideas while ensuring compliance with established journalistic ethics.
Your role may involve gathering news and conducting interviews for television, radio, and digital formats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and pitch artistic segment ideas
• Curate engaging regional content
• Write and edit program material as needed
• Manage interviews and participant logistics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years in a related field
• Strong bilingual communication skills
• Proven news judgment and organizational ability
• Familiarity with CBC/Radio-Canada production applications
