In this role, you will support the Creative Director with hands-on design while managing freelance teams. With 3-5 years of experience in design or art direction, you’ll bring strong craft, especially in packaging. Your expertise will help elevate photos and videos while maintaining brand consistency throughout various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative across multiple channels

• Own the graphic execution from brief to delivery

• Assist in directing photo and video shoots

• Support packaging development through production

• Maintain organized asset management and handoff processes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in design or art direction

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic craft

• Packaging experience is essential

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Sharp attention to detail with typography skills
