Your role will center on leading worship services while mentoring volunteers in music and tech areas. Collaboration with the Lead Pastor and church leaders will be essential for planning impactful, Christ-centered services each week. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time engagement.

• Mentor and develop the worship team and volunteers

• Plan and execute Sunday gatherings and special events

Requirements:

• Experience leading worship in a church setting

• Proficiency in guitar and/or keyboard performance

• Knowledge of sound and production technologies
