As a Sporting Life Video journalist, you will contribute to local sports coverage through digital and on-air channels.
Your role demands creativity, strong editorial judgment, and excellent communication skills in French, essential for producing compelling narratives about regional sports events. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure diverse and inclusive storytelling that resonates with our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and process local and national sports news
• Produce engaging video content for digital platforms
• Write clear and concise copy for broadcasts
• Engage with local sports organizations for story development
• Operate cameras and ensure top audio/video quality
Requirements:
• University or college degree in journalism
• Minimum of three years in relevant journalism roles
• Solid reporting and storytelling skills
• Experience in shooting and editing video
• Strong knowledge of sports issues in the region
