Job DescriptionThe Motion Designer supports communication and outreach efforts by creating engaging video and motion content, transforming ideas, interviews, and raw footage into compelling visual stories that communicate the organization’s mission and impact.
KeyRoles & Responsibilities
- Edit videos for social media, campaigns, and presentations.
- Create motion graphics and simple animations.
- Improve audio, visuals, and overall storytelling quality.
- Collaborate with the communications team to produce engaging content.
- Maintain consistent branding across video materials.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or similar).
- Ability to create clean, engaging motion graphics.
- Strong storytelling and visual sense.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate remotely.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with video editing, compositing, and motion tracking.
- Ability to translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into compelling visual content.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, marketers, content creators, and other teams.
- Knowledge of current digital, social media, and video content trends.
