Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough reviews of incoming investment applications

• Obtain necessary documentation from financial advisors

• Accurately enter applications into the Wealth Serv system

• Conduct follow-ups on transfer requests promptly

• Address incoming email inquiries efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services industry

• Specialized knowledge of Segregated Funds required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Experience with Wealth Serv is a plus

• Post-secondary education or equivalent necessary
