Position: Associate Financial Advisor with Mentorship
Retirement by Design is actively seeking an Associate Financial Advisor with a strong focus on relationship-building. In this full-time role, you will manage a growing portfolio of clients and enhance their experience through proactive engagement.

This position is tailored for individuals with over 2 years in financial services, possessing both Mutual Funds and Insurance licenses. You will collaborate with senior advisors, gaining mentorship as you deepen client relationships and contribute to the firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary advisor for your clientele

• Schedule and conduct regular client reviews

• Discover and cultivate opportunities for relationship growth

• Facilitate referrals and introductions to new clients

• Provide professional and efficient client service

Requirements:

• 2+ years in financial services or wealth management

• Mutual Funds license plus LLQP Insurance license

• Knowledge of financial planning; plans to obtain CFP designation

• Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities

• Capacity to manage multiple client accounts independently
