Position: EY Private Tax Manager Role

As a Tax Manager in this established practice, your focus will be on domestic and cross-border tax strategies for private organizations and wealthy individuals. You will implement robust tax planning solutions, collaborate with legal counsel, and ensure the accuracy of personal and corporate tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement tax strategies aligned with client goals

• Research IRS and compliance issues thoroughly

• Correspond with clients' legal representatives

• Review tax documents and filings for accuracy

• Engage with tax authorities for additional clarity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting necessary

• At least five years of relevant experience required

• CPA certification in Canada is essential

• Familiarity with CPA In-Depth Tax courses beneficial

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
