As a Finance and Corporate Services Clerk with South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre, you will provide crucial administrative assistance to the Finance team. This role entails overseeing accounts payable processes, managing records, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. Your expertise in finance and administration will support special projects and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring accurate payment processes
• Oversee capital asset security and maintenance coordination
• Support finance operations with documentation and process improvement
• Assist with telephony, IT, and purchasing projects
• Contribute to a safe and functional work environment
Requirements:
• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
• 1+ years in Accounts Payable and Administrative Support
• Proficient in MS Office and Accounting software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English;
French an asset
