In this full-time on-site role, you will engage clients within the Personal and Business Banking team. Your mission is to understand their financial aspirations and to build lasting relationships through tailored recommendations. Flexibility for banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, is required for peak client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs to provide tailored financial plans
• Build strong relationships through ongoing engagement
• Promote mobile banking tools for efficient client solutions
• Conduct marketing outreach activities in your community
• Work collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in client service with proven sales success
• Required Mutual Funds License accreditation
• Ability to notice details and utilize critical thinking
• Strong people skills and a passion for service
• Flexibility to travel between banking centres as needed
