Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Operations Officer - CSC. In this position, you will manage retirement accounts, ensure compliance with CRA guidelines, and process withdrawals while collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr– $23.64/hr

• Manage Registered Retirement Plan requests received through Salesforce, ensuring adherence to CRA regulations
• Process withdrawals related to retirement funds accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and tax guidelines
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide timely resolutions and support
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all account activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
• Support training periods and adapt to operational procedures during onboarding

• 2-4 years of experience in banking or financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) for 4+ years
• Strong compliance background with knowledge of CRA and RRSP processes
• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Effective team player with good communication abilities
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems

• Prior experience processing RRSP funds and withdrawals
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification
• Knowledge of CRA and RRSP/RESP systems
