BDO is seeking a Senior Consultant to support financial due diligence and internal audit engagements. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial statements, and the ability to identify risks and opportunities. You will collaborate with clients to assess controls and improve financial reporting processes while contributing to your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute financial due diligence engagements and analyze historical statements
• Identify risks and opportunities via financial and operational data analysis
• Perform financial statement analysis, including ratio and trend analysis
• Document and assess the effectiveness of internal controls in reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial advisory or internal audit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset
