Senior Accountant in Property Management

In this role, you will manage accounting for various commercial and residential properties. You'll ensure accurate financial records and assist with effective financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow and stakeholder reporting

• Keep accurate financial records for multiple property types

• Prepare financial statements for diverse entities

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

• Assist Property Managers with budget analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting

• CPA designation or active pursuit preferred

• Experience managing real estate accounting portfolios

• High proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems
