• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized operating procedures.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard activities when necessary.
• Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.
• Connect personally with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.
• Participate in team effectiveness initiatives and personal performance development.
• Assist teammates by staying dedicated and keeping everyone informed of routine activities.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist.

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Initiative and detail orientation to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
• Dynamic communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with customers calmly and effectively.
