Tree Senior Director, Finance

Join Tree Canada as the Senior Director of Finance in the hybrid work environment of the National Capital Region. This key leadership role emphasizes financial strategy and organizational alignment. In this full-time capacity, you will report to the CEO and take charge of developing and executing the organization’s financial strategy.

Your focus will be on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, ensuring all financial operations support Tree Canada’s mission. Leading a capable finance team, you will foster a culture of accountability and informed decision‑making across the organization.

• Develop Tree Canada’s financial strategy
• Ensure effective financial planning and analysis
• Present financial reports to the Board
• Strengthen financial partnerships and relationships
• Advise senior leadership on financial performance

• Post‑secondary education in finance or related field
• Minimum of 12‑15 years’ experience
• Experience with Boards and Finance Committees
• Strong financial management skills
