Join our client, a Big 4 firm, as a Tax Senior, where you will work with leading hedge funds and private equity firms. This role requires extensive expertise in U.S. tax compliance and cross-border planning. You will engage in consulting, reviewing tax returns, and structuring investments for asset management clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage U.S. tax compliance for partnerships and corporations

• Review and prepare various U.S. tax forms and reports

• Analyze Subchapter K and C tax rules

• Assist clients with tax structuring and cross-border strategies

• Supervise junior staff and manage project timelines

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent with 2+ years of U.S. tax experience

• Strong knowledge of federal income tax matters

• Experience with asset management clients

• Familiarity with FATCA and CRS regulations

• Excellent project management skills
