Senior Financial Analyst

Your role will encompass planning, forecasting, management reporting, and decision support while translating complex data into actionable insights. You will enhance expense management and guide resource allocation, ensuring accuracy in both short and long-term strategy execution.

• Serve as primary analytical support for Finance leaders
• Maintain bottoms-up forecasts for assigned cost centers
• Measure engineering program performance including ROI and NPV
• Drive alignment on company wide KPIs and metrics
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Over 10 years in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of P&L concepts and operating expenses
• Advanced Excel skills for building financial models
• Preferred experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or EPM tools
