As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with Finance leaders to drive comprehensive planning and forecasting. You will be responsible for management reporting, translating complex data into actionable results, and guiding resource allocation. Your expertise will enhance expense management, ensuring accuracy in strategic executions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary analytical support for Finance leaders
• Maintain bottoms-up forecasts for assigned cost centers
• Measure engineering program performance, including ROI and NPV
• Drive alignment on company wide KPIs and metrics
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Over 10 years in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of P&L concepts
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
• Preferred experience with Oracle Cloud ERP tools
