Hybrid Financial Advisor

In this indeterminate role, you will be responsible for developing the Centre’s annual Program of Work and Budget, alongside managing financial models for research projects. Your advisory services will support divisional directors in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring, ensuring accurate reporting aligns with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the annual budget process and quarterly forecasts

• Identify financial risks and propose corrective actions

• Monitor performance and assist clients in budget management

• Prepare financial reports for stakeholders

• Contribute to business discussions as a trusted partner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration

• CPA designation with good standing

• 8+ years of financial management experience

• Familiarity with financial systems (Workday Adaptive is a plus)

• Bilingual in English and French at least intermediate level
