Overview
As a Financial Services Representative, you will join a highly engaged team dedicated to providing an exceptional Member Experience. Your primary focus will be understanding members' financial needs and offering appropriate advice and recommendations. You will perform front‑line transactional services, pursue advisory sales opportunities, and work closely with our Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage teams to deliver holistic solutions.
Responsibilities- Understand members’ financial needs and provide tailored advice and recommendations.
- Deliver front‑line transactional services to support day‑to‑day banking.
- Grow sales by opening new accounts, offering credit and deposits, and identifying referral opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team business results.
- Maintain accurate and timely transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Handle member concerns, develop action plans, and aim for resolution without escalation.
- Participate in community engagement initiatives and support local events.
- Strong desire for career growth in financial services.
- Business acumen and knowledge of the financial industry.
- Flexible to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient with computer systems and virtual technology platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

- Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience an asset.
