Drive tax compliance initiatives as a Tax Compliance Director with Tech Insights. Direct tax filings and develop strategies within an inclusive office environment.

In this full-time role, your responsibilities include overseeing corporate tax compliance across local, state, and federal jurisdictions. You’ll monitor legislative changes and ensure timely submissions while leading the global transfer pricing program. Extensive knowledge in tax laws and international regulations is required, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all U.S. tax return preparations and compliance obligations

• Coordinate international tax compliance efforts across various jurisdictions

• Lead global transfer pricing strategy and documentation

• Implement tax optimization strategies and manage risk

• Act as primary contact for audits with tax authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred

• In-depth knowledge of Canadian and U.S. tax regulations

• Proven track record in handling M&A and compliance audits

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication for liaising with stakeholders
