CBP Capital is the investment and capital platform of Colonnade Bridge Port, focused on sourcing, structuring, and managing real estate investments across a diverse portfolio of development and income-producing assets.
We are looking for a curious and driven Analyst to join our growing Investment Management team. Reporting to the Vice President, Investment Management, you will play a hands-on role across real estate investment, development, and capital markets, supporting the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment opportunities.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle, including market research, financial modeling, underwriting, deal execution, and performance monitoring and reporting. You will have direct exposure to senior leadership and capital partners, working alongside experienced real estate investment professionals while contributing to live transactions from day one.
This role is open to candidates at varying levels of experience, and responsibilities and level of ownership will be tailored accordingly.
Responsibilities
Market Research, Investment Analysis & Underwriting
Analyze real estate market and capital market conditions, including supply-demand dynamics, economic trends, comparable transactions, and competitive positioning.Build and maintain investment models, including development proformas, including cash flow projections, capital structures, and return analyses.Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and return and support investment decisions.Develop clear investment theses that outline key value drivers, risks, and opportunities.Turn financial and market analysis into clear, actionable insights to support decision-makingInvestment Execution
Drive the execution of acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations from initial evaluation through closing.Play a key role in driving due diligence, including the review of legal, financial, and technical materials and the identification of key risks and considerations.Build, refine, and maintain investment models to support underwriting, transaction structuring, and financing decisions.Prepare clear and compelling investment memoranda that articulate the opportunity, key assumptions, risks, and returns.Partner closely with internal teams (development, fund and asset management, leasing, and property management) and external stakeholders (capital partners, lenders, legal counsel, appraisers, and consultants) to advance transactions and investments.Support and participate in presentations to, and discussions with, key external stakeholders and CBP executive management, helping communicate investment opportunities, key assumptions, and strategic recommendations.Help shape and improve investment models and processes to strengthen team performance and execution.Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting

Qualifications
Experience – You bring 1–5 years of experience in real estate investment, real estate finance, private equity, or a similar analytical role.
