As a Payroll Expert, you will manage complete payroll processes for Canadian teams while ensuring audit readiness and compliance with federal and provincial regulations.

Your role will also include mentoring Payroll Administrators and driving efficiency improvements in payroll systems. Your expertise will be vital in managing myriad payroll tasks, including tax reconciliations and year-end filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pre-payroll preparation and settlements

• Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies

• Administer tax inquiries and manage settlements

• Lead year-end filings and reconciliations

• Collaborate with HR and Finance for process improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Canadian payroll management

• PCP Certification required or in progress

• Proficient in Workday payroll systems

• Advanced Excel skills for payroll analysis

• Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction tax laws
