Position: Mitel Finance Partner for Americas
Shape financial strategies at Mitel as the Finance Partner for the Americas Service Organization. Drive impactful governance and provide essential analytical insights to inform business decisions.

Reporting to the Global Head of Service Finance, this role focuses on managing the complete P&L while enhancing financial transparency across service operations. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize financial processes and identify areas for sustainable improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning financial planning with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance service report preparation

• Analyze and provide insights on P&L performance

• Lead budget processes and align regional governance

• Support and guide internal finance teams

• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in finance or related area

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A

• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities

• Familiarity with IFRS accounting and financial systems

• Proficient in English, knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
