Key Responsibilities:

• Act as analytical support for Finance leaders

• Maintain thorough forecasts for each cost center

• Assess engineering program performance using ROI and NPV metrics

• Promote alignment on critical KPIs across departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field

• 10+ years in FP&A or financial analysis

• Strong grasp of P&L and operating expenses

• Advanced Excel proficiency for model creation

• Preferred experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or EPM tools
