Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role centers on collaborating with various teams across Canada and Western Europe. You will develop thorough analyses and structured presentations, while also ensuring integrity in financial planning and reporting. Your contributions will drive business insights and maintain oversight of key financial performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support business leader discussions with financial insights
• Conduct variance analysis on budget vs actuals
• Prepare management reports and dashboards
• Streamline reporting and improve financial processes
• Identify emerging opportunities and risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical sector is a plus
• Strong skills in data analysis and visualization
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
