Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Assist advisors with administrative and transaction tasks
• Maintain compliant client files and documentation
• Research industry information as requested by advisors
• Process various transactions and follow-up for accuracy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business administration, finance, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in financial services
• Active registration as Investment Representative with CIRO
• Proficiency in MSOffice and Salesforce preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Contribute to Wellington-Altus by leveraging your client management and compliance expertise.
