This financial analyst position requires strong oversight and administrative support for various federal projects, ensuring effective financial operations for engineering and technical services. You’ll engage with stakeholders, manage service agreements, and deliver accurate financial reporting while working on-site part of the week in Gatineau.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contracts
• Perform financial analysis and cost-recovery tracking
• Prepare and issue client invoices with approvals
• Maintain financial tracking systems and documentation
• Utilize Excel and Power BI for financial data analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months experience with SLAs
• 24 months experience in agreements and contracts
• Proven track record in stakeholder liaison and cost recovery
• Experience in invoicing and financial administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
