Financial Controller Dealership

Manage financial accounting at our Ottawa dealership with Myers Automotive Group. This on-site Controller role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

In this vital role, you'll oversee the financial operations of the dealership, ensuring accuracy in accounting practices. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you will prepare budgets, financial statements, and conduct month-end closing activities. Strong financial analysis and supervisory skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations

• Prepare financial statements and budgets

• Complete month-end and year-end closing procedures

• Reconcile financial schedules accurately

• Assist with financial forecasts and HR needs

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of financial data and analysis

• Familiarity with tax compliance regulations

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Management experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting desired
