We are searching for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills to join our team. In this position, you will manage budgeting processes, support forecasting, and collaborate closely with engineering, finance, and procurement stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and coordination of financial activities across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage LEO departments’ budgets and provide analysis for variances
• Lead annual budgets and quarterly forecasts preparation
• Coordinate pre-procurement documentation and approvals
• Track and verify travel requests and expense submissions
• Analyze financial data and present recommendations to management
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in accounting or business
• Minimum 5 years of budgeting and financial reporting experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Workday
• Eligible for Government of Canada security clearance
