PIA Investment Client Service Associate

As an Investment Client Service Associate, you will handle various responsibilities, from preparing essential documentation to maintaining compliance with regulations. You will create reports, handle client inquiries, and facilitate mentorship on investment products. Your 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles will enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing documentation for client meetings
• Analyze client accounts with comprehensive reporting
• Create and manage referral leads accurately
• Compile and maintain marketing materials and information packages
• Deliver timely responses to client inquiries
Requirements:
• Preferred undergraduate degree or community college diploma
• Must hold CIRO Investment Representative license
• 1–2 years of experience in banking or administration
• Strong collaborative and confidential communication skills
• Knowledge of wealth management is advantageous
