Trainee Personal Banking Associate Position

As a trainee, you will help customers navigate their day-to-day banking needs while building their confidence in digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with banking service transactions daily

• Manage cash transactions and resolve relevant issues

• Ensure compliance with TD policies in documentation
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• Willingness to obtain Investment Funds Canada certification
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and branch software
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
