Director of Finance

Position: Director of Finance at Noibu
Shape Noibu's financial future as the Director of Finance, focusing on FP&A and strategic analysis in a thriving SaaS environment. Leverage AI to innovate processes and drive efficiency.

As Noibu's Head of Finance, you will partner with the CEO and leadership team, leading the finance function as we scale towards $20M ARR. You will focus heavily on FP&A, building financial models and rolling forecasts that are self-service for leadership.

Your role includes strategically integrating AI into finance to automate processes and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and refine the financial model and forecasts

• Implement AI for finance processes and identify ROI across the business

• Lead the finance team and manage end-to-end accounting

• Ensure compliance on metrics, treasury, and tax

• Prepare investor updates and maintain government relations

Requirements:

• Director-level finance experience in a SaaS company

• Strong background in FP&A and SaaS metrics

• Hands-on modeling and spreadsheet skills

• Proven strategic insight production

• Experience in board communications
