Compensation

$22.50 - $28.33 CAD per hour; base salary may vary based on experience, skills, location, and sector needs.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standard procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand and identify customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues when necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
  • Support a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
  • Proactive initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Dynamic communication skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with a variety of people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
