The ideal candidate will support the National Programs Office as part of the Industry and Innovation Division. Responsibilities include processing payments, reviewing agreements, producing reports, and undertaking special projects. You'll share core values of Integrity and Excellence while providing high-quality customer service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries effectively
• Review claims and process payments accurately
• Produce financial and statistical reports regularly
• Administer funding agreements with various organizations
• Undertake special projects and assignments as needed
Requirements:
• Secondary school completion is mandatory
• Relevant post-secondary diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is an asset
• Recent experience in contract processing and client service
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with financial systems like SAP is an advantage
