Personal Banking Associate at TD

In this role, you will interact daily with customers, understand their banking needs, and direct them towards appropriate staff for resolutions. Your responsibilities include educating clients on digital banking, supporting staff with transactions, and recommending operational improvements to elevate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in financial service transactions and advice

• Guide clients to the right contacts for banking needs

• Educate on mobile, ATM, and online banking solutions

• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions

• Recommend improvements to enhance operational excellence

Requirements:

• High School diploma and 1+ years in Investment Funds Canada

• Post-Secondary degree in a related field preferred

• Obtain Investment Funds Canada certification within 6 months

• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software

• Strong communication skills and customer experience focus
