Key Responsibilities:
• Direct finance and accounting functions, leading a small team
• Advise leadership on risks, audits, and budgets
• Manage payroll processing and financial forecasting
• Develop financial proposals and enhance financial performance
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification
• Minimum 10 years in financial leadership roles
• 5+ years at senior management level, with team oversight
• Strong expertise in general administration management
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
