Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a credit portfolio up to $25MM with diligence
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-4 years in agricultural banking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of commercial products and market trends
• Ability to conduct due diligence on financial strength
• Experience maintaining business relationships and networks
