Hybrid Project Cost Controller

Thales is looking for a dedicated Project Cost Controller for its Ottawa team. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in project cost controlling within large organizations, particularly in the Defense & Security sector. You'll use your skills in SAP, Primavera, and Excel to provide financial management and control, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support to project teams

• Control costs and maintain budget accuracy

• Prepare project budgets and validate monthly forecasts

• Monitor cash flow and liaise with the Treasurer

• Produce monthly project reports with insights on risk

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting

• 1-3 years experience in project cost controlling

• Knowledge of SAP, Primavera, and Excel

• Understanding of project management lifecycle

• Ability to obtain clearance for controlled information
