Position: Chief Financial Officer with M&A Expertise
Shape financial strategy at a senior level as the Chief Financial Officer, directly reporting to the CEO. Lead financial reporting and enhance company performance through KPIs and forecasting.

In this leadership role, you will guide a small accounting team and manage comprehensive financial and management reporting. Collaborating closely with the C&M Portfolio finance team, you will ensure compliance with IFRS and prepare consolidated financial reporting packages. Your strategic insights will drive improvements in return on invested capital and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial metrics reporting

• Oversee the Quarterly Strategic Review process

• Conduct due diligence and financial assessments in M&A

• Ensure processes for governance and risk management

• Collaborate with legal teams on contract adherence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting

• MBA and professional accounting designation preferred

• 7+ years in a progressive financial leadership role

• Senior management and M&A experience required

• Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
