As a Trust Associate, you will actively support the Trust Officer in managing client portfolios and ensuring the smooth operation of account administration. Your proactive approach will help maintain relationships with beneficiaries and Co-Trustees, and you'll be a crucial contact in the absence of the Trust Officer. This dynamic environment will allow you to demonstrate your time management and communication skills while adhering to strict banking practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Trust Officer in delivering top client service

• Monitor cash positions and create accurate accounting entries

• Prepare documentation for beneficiary approvals

• Develop and maintain client and asset information

• Foster a high-performance and inclusive work culture

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent needed

• Enrollment in financial industry courses is an asset

• Strong multitasking abilities and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of Trust Accounting needed

• Proficient with PC and administrative procedures
