As an Associate reporting to the Senior Wealth Advisor, you'll play a critical role in managing client interactions and administrative workflow. You'll be responsible for handling client service requests, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting wealth management activities. Your contribution will enhance the client experience through accuracy and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective client communication and relationship management

• Generate reports and respond to product inquiries

• Ensure documentation complies with industry regulations

• Process various transactions, including trades and account updates

• Prepare materials for client meetings and follow up on transactions

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or business-related area

• 3+ years in the financial services sector

• Active registration with CIRO as an Investment Representative

• Experience with CRM like Salesforce

• Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities
