Myers Automotive is seeking a skilled Controller to manage day-to-day financial operations at our dealership. The role requires strong financial data analysis and organizational skills. You will prepare financial statements, operate budgets, and complete month-end and year-end closings while also assisting with HR duties, such as onboarding and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day financial accounting and reconciliations

• Prepare financial statements and operating budgets

• Complete month-end and year-end closing processes

• Assist with financial forecasts and annual budgets

• Provide HR support, including training and supervision

Requirements:

• Strong financial data analysis skills

• Knowledge of tax compliance regulations

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Management or supervisory experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is ideal
