As an Investment & Retirement Specialist, you will leverage your financial expertise to guide clients in understanding retirement savings plans, portfolio contributions, and fund transfers.

Your role is essential in fostering strong client engagement while managing a variety of leads every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in enrolling in retirement savings plans

• Provide tailored portfolio and retirement advice

• Manage relationships through multiple communication channels

• Conduct client win-back initiatives to retain assets

• Collaborate with internal teams for improved satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid life insurance license or commitment to obtain

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

• Minimum five years in financial services

• Strong knowledge of investment products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
